Recreational Soccer
The BYSC Academy Development League (Recreational Soccer) provides an opportunity for children between the ages of 4 to 8 years old in our community to learn the fundamentals of playing soccer in a team environment under the supervision of licensed coaches while building a lifelong love of the game. Unlike a traditional recreational program coached by parent volunteers, our approach is to pair licensed coaches and assistants to provide the player an environment where he or she can properly develop individual skills, coordination and motor skill development. All training sessions are led by our licensed coaches and assistants.
The BYSC Academy Development League places an emphasis on year around training by offering four (4) seasons per calendar year. The focus is participation, team building, sportsmanship and fun while kids learn the game of soccer in a semi-competitive environment. The 4v4 Recreational Soccer Program provides an unbeatable value. Participation is limited to a capped number of players per age group in order to maintain the integrity of the program. Our goal is that our ADL program will directly feed into our Competitive Program.
The ADL Program meets 2X a week and is offering two different winter sessions; Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. The ADL program meets from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
