About Mike Wong
A club coach since 2008, Coach Mike Wong has been with BYSC since 2012.
He led the former G04 to league promotion in their u10 year and DOC Shayon Jalayer credits Coach Mike with arming the current G05 and G04 teams with the technical skill set they still exhibit to this day.
Having played since 1980 Coach Mike has seen the game change since his club and high school days. This has allowed him to develop a coaching philosophy that is in line with BYSC. A strong believer in technical training, with an emphasis on speed of play, speed of thought and decision making, Coach Mike is recognized as one of the better teachers of the game.
